On both servers NIC have one ether 0:0:0:0:0:0.
Normaly, NIC can't have this MAC. Two mashine in one network must have different MAC.
Possible two solution.
1) Try trubleshuting why MAC 0:0:0:0:0:0.
Check banner at ok> prompt.
check local-mac-address? ( eeprom command in solaris or printenv in OBP )
check /etc/hostname.bge0 ( should not present ether)
2) Use workaround. Set two unique MAC for every server. For example:
ifconfig bge0 ether 8:0:20:23:45:67
ifconfig bge0 ether 8:0:20:23:45:68
