Siebel Self-Service Common Config Utility failed

    Hi
    I have any issue while installing the Self Service Application
    We are setting up the Siebel Self Service Application to integrate with Siebel App 8.1.1.4 (on windows)

    Installed Products:

    Installed Oracle Database 10.2.0.4
    Installed Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.3
    Installing Siebel Self Service Application on LINUX 5.1 - Here we are getting error at "Siebel Self-Service Common Config Utility" process (last step of installation)
    I have installed J-Developer on same machine and tested Database Connection and OAS Server connectivity --> Connecting properly
    Configured Siebel Application as required for Siebel Self Service Application (Activated Workflows, Web Services, Create Custom Object Manager, Create PROXY User and given Responsibility)

    2. Fix the errors causing these failures.
    3. Select the failed assistants and click the 'Retry' button to retry them.


    Please let me know do you have any inputs for the Siebel Installation
