apex 4.02 and 1.1 apex listener 8080 or 8081with tomcat 6?

Hi all
I m unzip 1.1 apex listener and run java - jar apex.war
but default adrdress is 8080 (where apex need install localy, in my environment is
127.0.0.1:8081/apex
How I can change to 8081 from 8080
Tomcat have 127.0.0.1:8088
