      HI Everyone
      when i have gone through the call center log file."it's showing the Cannot load"

      allCenterLocalPattern a, LocalNumberPatterns b where a.patternid = b.patternid and isdeleted = 0 and callcenterserverid = 27

      what is the procedure to load the local area patterns for india and how how to load the ipAdressDirectory .

      Can u please help me how to figure out this and makek the outbound call in india

          Please look for strings similar to these in the log (below). The fact that the DB result had no rows just means that you have not added local patterns to you call center.

          # 1: GOT EVENT SIP_EVENT_ALERTING CHANNEL
          # 1: SIP_MMAKECALL_CNCT
          RVSIP_CALL_LEG_STATE_CONNECTED [31696912]
          # 1: GOT SIP_EVENT_DIAL_CONNECTED remoteport[16428] remotehost[200.158.225.138] payloadtype[0] framePerSec[160]


          Basically look for any rows that have SIP in them to see what the call legs are doing.
