            I am not able to connect to database with sys user(find below error) but from dev14 user it is connecting and some query is running some not.

                PRODUCTION

                The some disks circuits have burned, IBM team are working on it they are planning to
                replace the damage box with new box,After replcaing the box i need to restore the databse how can i do it,I know the process to restore from backup but as such situation i did not restore before so kinldy help on this and provide the steps of restoring the database.
                For your information Archive is available till the failure time, backup is being taken using rman at 5 a m and disk crashed at 3 p m so I need to exact steps for restoring the database,
