    Can't make OutBound Call

      I can't make outbound call from CCA, here is log details of the same

      CCallCenter::SendOutMessage(CMessage) Sending message [1018] to [type=12, id=0, grp=0]
      Sent : new message (1018) to NetworkManager Id[0] group[0] version[1]

          copy everything between:

          HandleCTIEvent: CTI_MAKE_AGENT_CALL

          and

          RVSIP_CALL_LEG_STATE_INVITING

          Then anything below that that has the word SIP in it until you see the disconnect.

              In the Callcenter in NM, choose Advanced-->configure-.

              Verify your Host is an IP address not name. Verify your starting port is defined e.g. 5060, 5061, etc.

              If still not working add an extinsion to your agents IP e.g. 1@10.117.134.36

                HI Everyone,

                I have changed the setting what u have mentioned in the network manger,But the log is showing the same issue
                "Failed to DNS continue on a call"
                is it the right procedure to dail the call.
                i am clicking on the dailer and then slecting the IP CAll and typing the IP Address and dailing is it a right procedure to make the call

                can u please breif me how to make the call from CCA by using the IP.
                the soft phone i am using X-lite 4.0
                how to configure the CCA and X-lite for making the call.
