By default it search for script in $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin
If you know the path of the script run it by following command
Else, go to the directory where the file exists and then invoke sqlplus.

Thank you for your reply. Based on the RMAN migration manual which I followed (refer to my first post), I had generated a transport script called TRANSPORTSCRIPT which does not have an extension however.
Nevertheless, I still tried to call the file using the path of the file but still encountered the same error message.
