Oracle 11g (11.2.0) Client on Win 7 (64-bit)

Currently Being Moderated
the installation of Oracle 11g client on Win 7 is not a clean install. Further, to un-install, I got a message to run the deinstall batch file.
Whe it is run, I get the below error.


c:\oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1\deinstall>deinstall

any suggestions on the clean install/uninstall.
