Issue with login page in R12

    707261
After cloning Login page not working.

      I have tried
      - Running autoconfig on db & MT ( no issues , completed successfully)
      - No errors in DB alert log
      - Clearing cache
      - Compiling JSP's
      - Verified /etc/hosts
      - Verified index.html under $INST_TOP/portal

      http://host002.oracleoutsourcing.com:11515/OA_HTML/ServletPing - working fine
      http://host003.oracleoutsourcing.com:11515/OA_HTML/ServletPing - working fine

      But URL : http://BIG-IP.oracleoutsourcing.com:11515/OA_HTML/ServletPing - not working

http://host002.oracleoutsourcing.com:11515/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp - redirecting to big-ip, but page is not working
http://host003.oracleoutsourcing.com:11515/OA_HTML/AppsLocalLogin.jsp - redirecting to big-ip, but page is not working

      - And firewall analyst has confirmed that BIG-IP mapping fine.

I found no errors in log files. Can anyone please suggest how to troublehsoot this issue.

      DB Version : 11g
      APPS Version : R12

          Hi;

          1. Close your app services
          2. Run autoconfig on dbtier first than appstier
          3. be sure there is no error message for both tier
          4. Retest issue

          Regard

However i feel above error might not be related to actual issue you are facing. I think problem here is BiG IP.

                      HI

Kindly check R12 Login Issue on Target After Cloning ,Fresh Install Or Upgrade [ID 435550.1]

also let us know , is this single tier database/application or multitier. in case of multitier are you able to ping/tnsping from application to database and reverse.

                      Thanks

                        Have you logged a SR?
