Just don't do it. JDK 1.1.8 is so incredibly old, it even predates 64 bits systems. If you HAVE to install it, install it on a 32 bits WindowsXP box. But just don't do it, it is too old, it should be left dead and buried. Whatever you think you need to install that needs this ancient software, find a better, more current solution.
And the last version in the 1.1.X line can be downloaded from the archive here:
(look for JDK 1.1)

Moderator action :
1) It is a bad idea to post your email address on a forum since it can be 'scraped'. I have obliterated it.
