I assume that you have done all the setups needed for PO approval (such as Position, Hierarchy, approval groups, approval group assignments etc.)

Based on these setups, Oracle will start generating Workflow notifications. Now you have to ensure that the emails go out to the users and to ensure that the user's response is routed back to EBS and processed by EBS.

Can you please tell me how to customise the PO Print report if we want some other fields which are not there in the standard oracle report..
As well as at the time of emailing will we able to mail the customise report..
