How can decrypt my IP from that.
It gives the client IP address. But I need Server's IP Address
How can I find that is IPV6 address. Please suggest me.
I am not sure that it is, the percentage is not alloweed (Edit: WRONG, see zone index, below)
IPv6 adresses are written in 8 blocks of four hexadecimal digits.

Maybe a bit hacky...
But when I put the hostname and it's IPv4 address in /etc/hosts, I'm getting back the IPv4 address:
SQL> select utl_inaddr.get_host_address from dual;
1 row selected (16 ms)
