cant see column heading for pivot table

    824358
      Hi,

I have created one pivot table but cant see the first Y axis column which should contain the name of the source i want. It is showing the name of compliants but totally together ,not different sources as i want.
Can anyone help me in resolving this problem?
Should I make some changes in Table or Pivot table properties?

What I want is the 1st table which shows Product and service.
what I am getting is the 2nd table. I am not getting Cement/Source as the left column and its corresponing values.

           Concern     Incident
      Cement /
      Product Open
Source     YTD     Open     Unresolved +45 Days     Avg. Time to Resolve     Actual Costs     Est. Costs -
YTD     Open     Unresolved +45 Days     Avg. Time to Resolve     Actual Costs     Est. Costs -

YTD     Open     Unresolved +45 Days     Avg. Time to Resolve     Actual Costs     Est. Costs - Open     YTD     Open     Unresolved +45 Days     Avg. Time to Resolve     Actual Costs     Est. Costs - Open

      Thanks

          Hello Arpita,

I have not understood completely the requirement however I am stating what I understood and then provide solution accordingly.
My understanding is that you want to see number of complaints for each source

So basically you need the output as

          No. of Complaints
          Source 1 10
          Source 2 16
          Source 3 12
          Source 4 19

Following is my solution based on my understanding
          1. Source should be in the X - Axis
          2. # of complaints (this field should from the metrics in the report)

You do need the Y axis.

If my understanding is clear it would be helpful if you could elaborately send me an email to spaul@crmit.com. I would reply at the earliest.

          Regards,

          Paul

              Hey Arpita,

Thanks for the email and your effort to send the screen shots. I see there could be two reasons for the column not being visible. The reasons are:

              1. The column is invisble
              2. There is no data in the column.

Can you confirm if the column you mentioned is not hidden.

For checking if the column has data, please remove the other metric data and check if data is coming in the report.

              Regards,

              Paul
