shouldn't it be on same row and different column something like 3 columns - # of contacts, # of contacts visited, rate
and rate would be calculated on the result columns.
can you provide a mock-up of the data set that you are trying to achieve.
The report I am trying to achieve is like:
Sales Rep, # of seg A contacts, # of Seg A visited contacts, Seg A contact coverage rate; # of Seg B Contacts, # of Seg B Visited Contacts, Seg B contact coverage rate;
AAA, 20, 15, 75%; 25, 20,80%;
