Yes, in Admin manager go to Agents, then the specific account.1 person found this helpful
Under controls and restrictions, scroll down to “Status of the agent at Login” set default to any value shown in the dropdown LOV.
Thanks very much for the response. I definitely do not have access to this Admin Manager. I checked with my Manager and he does not see anything that says Admin Manager. In his GCCA screen, we see the options in the left navigation (My Panels, Views, Alarms ) and tabs on the right (Interaction, Supervision, Reporting) but no Admin Manager or Controls and Restriction. Could you please tell us how to get to it.
