Please see if (AMEM0021.sql ORA-01427: Single-Row Subquery Returns More Than One Row When Applying A Patch [ID 368158.1]) helps.
The one in the metalink note is talking about the error when applying patch. I've also checked to see if ame_attributes having any duplicate attibute ids. I don't find any.
The error I'm facing with is when I'm trying to create a requisition.

I have ran the query but it gave me only one row...
We are using R12 (12.0.6).
I created a requisition in iProcurement and during checkout, it ideally has to generate the approval list using AME but it could not generate with the error I've mentioned.
I'm new to AME and hence could not find the exact root cause.
Check the AME setup for any approval groups and associated queries.
1) In iProcurement, save the requistion and get the requisition_header_id
2) Go to AME Business Analyst Resp and do a test transaction with the requisition_header_id. You should get the same error there.
Check AME Approval Groups setup and see for any dynamic queries. Pass the :transactionId = requisition_header_id to those queries and see if any of them returning duplicate rows.
