          Use rman 'backup backupset...' command

            You can use DBMS_FILE_TRANSFER package.

              try this,

              Step 1 Check backup pices details

              $rman taregt /
              RMAN> list backup;

              Step 2
              RMAN> backup backupset format '/%U';
              or

              RMAN> backup backupset 1,2,3,4 format '/oracle/backup/testrman/%U';

              in 10g, as mentioned earlier above, you use dbms_file_transfer

                Aman....
                Yes, if on 11g, you can use the cp command to push the file from the ASM to the file system.

                Aman....

                  Thanks all. I have tested these options and all funcions. But I need a little bit more of your help.

                  This sentence functions perfectly ( RMAN> backup backupset 1,2,3,4 format '/oracle/backup/testrman/%U'; )

                  but I want to do the same based on the tag pf my pieces. How can I backup based on the tag.

                  Thanks

                    @OP,
                    What is your ASM version in 4 digit?

                    If backup piece size is more than 2gb, You cant copy from ASM to any where. It is fixed in 11gR2 or you need to apply patch on top of 11.1.0.7. Then suggest to take extra backup using RMAN,

                    *Asmcmd CP Command Can Not Copy Files Larger Than 2 GB [ID 786258.1]*
