dgmgrl  Error: ORA-16664: unable to receive the result from a database

configuring databse with dgmgrl

DGMGRL> show configuration

    What is your broker log file shows, check and post.

    Oracle Error :: ORA-16664
    unable to receive the result from a database

    Cause
    During execution of a command, a database in the Data Guard broker configuration failed to return a result.

    Action
    Check Data Guard broker logs for the details of the failure. Ensure network communication is working properly amongst the members of the configuration. Fix any possible network problems and reissue the command.

    Have you performed any switchover recently? Then is it get failed?

    If so You can remove and add the configuration.
    DMON: cannot open configuration file
    Is your listener is running? and also check is confiruration file exist ?

    $ls -ltr /oracle/11.2.0/product/dbs/dr1QA112PRG.dat

    No I have not done switchover.
    yes my listener is runng.
    file /oracle/11.2.0/product/dbs/dr1QA112PRG.dat also exist.
    i have removed the configuration and again created beacuse of same problem .
