Is JVM can be configured on IPv6 addressing mode

Hi,

I have to configured my Tomcat based web application to support IPv6 addressing mode. I know that by default JVM is supporting both IPv4 and IPv6 addressing modes. As I read more, I found that I can configured JVM to support only IPv4 addressing mode.

Following are the settings I have used to make JVM work only on IPv4
export JAVA_OPTS="-Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true -Djava.net.preferIPv6Addresses=false"

I have gone through oracle "Networking IPv6 User Guide for JDK/JRE 5.0"(http://download.oracle.com/javase/6/docs/technotes/guides/net/ipv6_guide/index.html) and found that "The Java platform API currently has no way to specify to accept connections only from IPv6 hosts."

Is there and configuration possible in latest JAVA to make my JVM to support only IPv6 addressing mode?
Any help and comments on this will be really appreciated.

Thanks a lot,
Gaurav
