I am installing 12.1.1 fresh installation which is multi-node installation. OS: OEL 5.4 64bit.
Node-1 for DB, and the second node for Apps.
I successfully installed the DB, but while running the rapidwiz on Apps Node, the progress bar was hung on following:
1. Processing Step 2 of 3, running adrunat.sh
2. and after unzipping around 1191 zip files, it's running AutoConfig on Apps Node
I check from the adconfig.log, it's exiting with status 1 and following error reported:
[CVM Error Report]
The following report lists errors encountered during CVM Phase
<filename> <return code where appropriate>
From /etc/hosts, following list I have:
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
10.4.72.87 server-testdb.xxx-yyy.com server-testdb --> It's for the DB
10.4.72.84 server-devdb.xxx-yyy.com server-devdb ---> It's for the Applications
Please help me to solve the Issue.
Please check the log files under "Step 4 of 5: Command: $INST_TOP/temp/adrunat.sh" in (How to locate the log files and troubleshoot RapidWiz for R12 (Doc ID 452120.1)) for details about the error.
Also, run md5sum as per (MD5 Checksums for R12.1.1 Rapid Install Media (Doc ID 802195.1)) to verify the integrity of the stage area directory.
It's really helpful, I got following result after running md5sum.
md5sum: oraApps/Disk7/appl/stage/okl880.zip: No such file or directory
md5sum: oraAS/Disk2/appsts/stage/tools11_nls.zip: No such file or directory
md5sum: oraDB/Disk5/dbts/stage/db85_.patch_storage.zip: No such file or directory
md5sum: oraDB/Disk5/dbts/stage/db89_.patch_storage.zip: No such file or directory
md5sum: oraDB/Disk5/dbts/stage/db94_.patch_storage.zip: No such file or directory
md5sum: oraDB/Disk5/dbts/stage/db96_.patch_storage.zip: No such file or directory
md5sum: WARNING: 1524 of 1729 listed files could not be read

Is the staging area corrupted ?
Thanks Hussein for reminding me, actually this is my first time EBS Installation. I did testing on my own environment a week ago, but forgot whether I have to use root or specific accounts (oracle, applmgr).
It's really helpful, I already tested the stage area using md5sum before, but not really sure before you gave me that link (Doc ID 452120.1). Wish you all the best in your life.
