This is not possible with the out of the box data protection as it only lets you specify a single protection value. Unless your Child1, Child 2 and Child3 have some common substring that is not present in Child4 or Child5 or any member of the other dimensions then you will not be able to achieve what you are looking for.
I suggest you turn on the security for Custom1 in HFM, assign each child its own security class, then assign security rights to users to mix and match (READ, ALL, None) the access needed. FDM will only allow a user to load data to the members if the user has ALL access to all intersections.
