I asked the same question in Stackoverflow [http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6610266/how-to-grant-all-permissions-to-java-applet-through-jnlp-without-popups] and I got this answer:
" What can be done to disable this dialog to pop up or to make it appear at most once? Use a certificate that has been verified by a trusted authority. Disabling/ignoring the 'always allow' field for self-signed certificates is a decision by Oracle that they are unlikely to change."
Can someone verify such an allegation? I don't want to spend time and money on something that will not work.
You should know that you might still have a popup - if the JNLP file is not signed. Unfortunately, signing your JNLP is probably impractical & impossible because of the stupid way SUN decided to do it. Since Java 6, all my signed applications get a warning, and if you get the details of that popup, you can find out that it is because all is signed but the jnlp file....
