        I used your manifest and ran again, it succeeded!!
        I had two question , why "ldmp2v collect" produced a bad manifset file ?
        and can we resize the source Ultra 60 disk0 from 18gb to 40gb on T5140 ?

          Your original boot disk has no s2 slice which is expectional since a Solaris boot disk should always have such a slice (covering the whole disk). ldmp2v uses the size of the s2 slice as the disk size it saves in the manifest, so in your case it thinks the disk size is 0. I filed a bug for that (7066460).

          You can change the size of a file system during P2V with the -m option: 'ldmp2v prepare -d /p2v/u60 -m /:40g U60' (you need a valid manifest for this, so it won't cure your missing s2 slice)
