    Issue while replicating Oracle 10.2.0.4 from Windows to Linux

      Hi,

      I am new to Golden Gate & doing a basic setup. While replicating from Oracle (10.2.0.4) on Windows 2k8 to Oracle (10.2.0.4) on RHEL 5.4, I am getting below warning & followed by similar error,

      But while staring PLOAD, getting above error & there is not pl00000 file getting generated in dirdat directory in Windows.

      What could be the issue ??? am I missing any parameter or command ???
