Order from AIA to OSM "Failed"

Hi Good day!

I am working with oracle OSM and AIA, I am encountering this error that if the order request comes from SEIBEL CRM through AIA the order STATE becomes "FAILED"? but if the order is manually created using OSM task web client the order STATE is "not started" like the normal process.

Thanks in advance for your help guys!

    Hi,

    I also have the same problem, the order from CRM Siebel return a "Failed" order states.
    When I use the SOAPUI using the data from Siebel I get a validation fallout.
    Then when I correct the error I get the below error and also the order state is "Failed"

         <env:Envelope xmlns:env="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
         <env:Header/>
         <env:Body>
              <env:Fault xmlns:ord="http://xmlns.oracle.com/communications/ordermanagement">
                   <faultcode>ord:fault</faultcode>
                   <faultstring>Failed to create and start the order due to java.lang.RuntimeException: com.mslv.oms.OMSException: encountered error starting orchestration caused by:XQuery static error in #...:= $inputDoc/GetOrder.Response#:
              Variable $inputDoc has not been declared</faultstring>
                   <faultactor>unknown</faultactor>
                   <detail>
                        <InvalidOrderSpecificationFault xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/communications/ordermanagement">
                        <Description>Failed to create and start the order due to java.lang.RuntimeException: com.mslv.oms.OMSException: encountered error starting orchestration caused by:XQuery static error in #...:= $inputDoc/GetOrder.Response#:
              Variable $inputDoc has not been declared</Description>
                        </InvalidOrderSpecificationFault>
                   </detail>
              </env:Fault>
         </env:Body>
         </env:Envelope>

    Note: The health status is "Warning" and I haven't add anything with "CommunicationsSalesOrderFulfillmentPIP" cartridge except for fixing some error e.g "Add unimplemented methods and removing the @overide to getJavaBindings".

    I'm new with OSM, do I miss something to setup/configured?

    Thanks,
    Ace

    Hi All,

    My problem was resolved; you may refer on this link Re: Encountered error starting orchestration if you have a similar issue.
