jusched.exe - Why is it running more than once and all the time?

sixcornersJul 26 2011
Why is the auto update program configured to run all the time 24/7? It only checks once every month for an update right? Can't you use Windows to schedule the program to run once every month instead?
Why is it configured to run as many times as there are users logged on? Doesn't there just need to be one daemon running on the system checking for an update?
