Agent - Get Recipients from the Analysis Used in the Agent Condition option

Hi All,

Is any possibility to deliver PDF reports to the non OBIEE recipients using agent in OBIEE 11g?

The scenario is that, all sales locations mapped with email addresses. When I have run an agent, based on sales location need to send the location sales Summary to the respective email address (similar to bursting)

I am trying with agent - recipient tab in OBIEE 11g analytics. There is an option: use analysis (Get Recipients from the Analysis Used in the Agent Condition). But getting errors, may be the way is wrong.

Can you guide me with a small example to achieve this scenario. Or else do you have any document to achieve this?.

    Yes, u can. Did u configure SA system subject area to get users email. Try configuring that and execute ur ibot.

    Going throhugh your links, at that its clearly mention that do not need to use SA system to use the feature Get Recipients from the Analysis Used in the Agent Condition

    But my doubt is that in OBIEE 11g agent having one option "use analysis" to get receipients email address based on agent condition.
    In which scenario, we can make use of this? Can you provide some light of this?

    You use this when u have define some conditions for the new ibot.

    Is anybody have suggestion regarding my doubt.

    If choose use analysis from agent (Get Recipients from the Analysis Used in the Agent Condition), getting the following error otherwise (Select Recipients with email address) will complete successfully
