JInitiator Problem

Hello.
Yesterday I was installed oracle 10i and oracle forms. But when I trying to run form in my browser, IInitiator doesnt work. Im sure that I was installed this plugin and java jdk and jre too. My version Jinit is: 1.3.1.22
Please someone help me.

Also, completeBulk has run successfully for the same model with several other, smaller datasets.

A SQL insert/append command seems to have failed. Please check if there is enough space on the tablespaces.
