      Hello to every one ....

      I have a transactional system and my reporting tool is pointing to that transactional system .... My management wants to move the reporting layer to a different schema so that the burden of report doesn't impact the performance of OLTP system ....
      I want the transactional system data to be replicated to the new schema every 10mins ... Is this possible with Oracle Streams ? My both Source and new Schema can either be in same database (Oracle) or different databases but in Oracle ...

      Please suggest ....

          Hi,

          Yes you can go ahead and implement streams for the same. You can configure the streams with in the same database or to external database.
