Oracle toad arabic font problem

Hi all,
I have installed Toad 9.0.1.8 in client machine - Windows Vista (32 bit) .
Our database is 11.2.0.1.0 - 64 bit.
I have installed proper arabic fonts also.
From the toad editor,i can type arabic messages,but if i compile a procedure / function with arabic font,it appears as junk characters.Also in the source code it appears as '??????'.
The same works well from sqlplus.
Need your suggestions.

Checked those things in the link,but cudnt solve it.

Ya got it.
Just changed the 'Current format' to Arabic(Saudi Arabia) in 'Regional and Language Options' in "Control Panel" .
Now everything works good.
