in addition to the license terms, you could take a look at the [url http://www.oracle.com/us/products/database/product-editions-066501.html]11g Editions comparison sheet. It's still based on 10.2 XE, so you'll find the database size to be 4 GB in that document, although you can store up to 11 GB in 11.2 XE and there is 64bit suppot for XE now. But basically, the features list is still up to date.
As you talk about performance: You also have this CPU and RAM Limitation in XE, which probably has the most impact on performance...
I'm mainly interested if there are performance differences if any.Due to XE's fixed limits on CPU and memory usage (and other limits), there will be performance differences compared to other database editions.
