              Did AutoConfig complete successfully?

Can you find any details about the error in Apache log files as well as application.log?

              Thanks,
              Hussein

Is the issue with this specific form or with all forms? If it is with all forms and you have already confirmed the SSL setup as per the SSL document then please log a SR.
