64 bit install

Windows 64bit R2...

I circle back to install FDM...I see this message...

Warning EPMINS-01049: Financial Management Client is missing. It must be available in your deployment in order to run compoment FDM server.

HFM is installed..(including the Client, although it is greyed out if I select re-install)

How can I get the FDM to recognize the FM client?
