I am getting the below error once in a while accessing Workspace. I am on 11.1.2
Failure of Server APACHE Bridge:
No Backend server available for connection : timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF."

But I am find these file in my environment. we are using Windows 2008 server.
Please let me know the path of these files.
The error usually means that the web server can't communicate with the other web applications such as shared services/ workspace.
Are you sure all the other services are functioning correctly.
Yes, All my services are running. Actually I was working from workspace from quite some time. Why I try to run a business rule I got this error. I ocassionaly getting this error. Thought to know the root cause for the same.
Please let me know if I need to modify any settings??
If a quick service reatart fix this, the issue was the web server is not having enough memory to allocate multiple process running in parallel. You can look at JVM optimzation on web server process.
