I did my best, but it does not work.
I try the following statement:
But I got the following error message:
oracle.as.config.ProvisionException: Failed to instantiate component properties.
I'm not sure are the parameters oracleHome, oracleInstance and instanceName correct.
Have you a little hint for me?
Syntax looks good to me. Two things to check:

did you use the opmnctl executable from your INSTANCE directory or the opmnctl in $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/bin? You should be using the one from <INSTANCE_LOCATION>/bin.

did you check the log files in <INSTANCE_LOCATION>/diagnostics/logs/OPMN/opmn ? These log files may contain additional errors which could help diagnosing the issue.
You may also want to check Support Note 961174.1 for explanation of the opmnctl command to create a new Reports Server. And if it still fails, consider to log a ticket for Oracle Support.
now is running.
I've found my mistakes.
1. The parameter oracleHome was not correct, it should be /opt/oracle/product/Middleware/as_1
2. And it looks like that you must enter the adminHost without the Domain.
The Metalink was very helpful.
Many thanks for your hints.

But is not in this case, the ORACLE_HOME the MIDDLEWARE_HOME, I know the ORACLE_HOME only from the database?
Now I have a new problem.
I had to change the hostname and the ip, for the old application server exists a script called chgiphost.sh, but I can't find this for the new one.
Do you know something about it?
