    Soalris 10 or 11 on ThinkPad?

      I am thinking about installing Solaris 10 or 11 on a ThinkPad T520. Anyone done this and identified issues? Does the wireless work? Camera? Bluetooth? I am experimenting with Solaris in Virtual Box right now but thats a lot different than actually installing it on the hardware.

          The Sun HCL is quite useful in these cases:

          .. even though its broken at the moment so you can't search it.

          Another thing to try would be to download the Solaris 11 Live image, then you can boot your laptop of a CD or USB and see how everything works before you install it..

          Since the x86 drivers evolvs quickly i guess that you will get more stuff working under Sol 11 than under Sol 10..
