A handfull seem sto have issues with screens blanking out. Could this be a config issue on their web browser?Not necessarily.
What is your application release? OS?
Can you reproduce the issue from different browsers/clients?
Was this working before? If yes, any changes been done recently?
Can you find any errors in the DB/Apache log files?
