    JCA Adapter Admin Object weblogic-ra.xml issues

    900890
      I am attempting to deploy a resource adapter using the weblogic-ra.xml descriptor in conjunction with the ra.xml descriptor. WLS version:

      Version: WebLogic Server 10.3.5.0

      I am having an issue with admin objects. When attempting to deploy the following:

      <?xml version = "1.0"?>
      <weblogic-connector
      xmlns="http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/weblogic-connector"
      xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
      xmlns:j2ee = "http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/j2ee"
      version="1.0">

      <jndi-name>QpidResourceAdapter</jndi-name>
      <admin-objects>
      <admin-object-group>
      <admin-object-interface>javax.jms.Destination</admin-object-interface>
      <admin-object-instance>
      <jndi-name>HelloTopic</jndi-name>
      <properties>
      <property>
      <name>destinationType</name>
      <value>TOPIC</value>
      </property>
      <property>
      <name>destinationAddress</name>
      <value>amq.topic/hello.Topic</value>
      </property>
      </properties>
      </admin-object-instance>
      .
      .
      .

      I am getting a validation error:

      Caused by: weblogic.descriptor.DescriptorException: VALIDATION PROBLEMS WERE FOUND
      /Users/wmprice/javatools/mywls/servers/myserver/upload/qpid-ra-0.10.rar/META-INF/weblogic-ra.xml:9:19:9:19: problem: cvc-complex-type.2.4a: Expected element 'properties@http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/weblogic-connector' instead of 'admin-object-properties@http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/weblogic-connector' here in element admin-object-instance@http://xmlns.oracle.com/weblogic/weblogic-connector:</Users/wmprice/javatools/mywls/servers/myserver/upload/qpid-ra-0.10.rar/META-INF/weblogic-ra.xml:9:19>

      I have looked at the schema and I can't see what I might be doing wrong. Note, the documentation does reference the element admin-object-properties, but this element doesn't appear to exist in the XSD.

      Any help would be appreciated.
