As everybody says, check metalink note #888828.1 for the latest patches. You can find out your patch level by running the imageinfo command on the compute nodes and storage servers. What you're looking for is the active version. Here's the output from our database and storage servers for reference.
          [acolvin@enkdb01 ~]$ sudo imageinfo
          [sudo] password for acolvin:

As you can see, we're running version 11.2.2.4.0, which is the latest version. Keep in mind that storage server patches also include a component that patches the database servers as well (the minimal pack). As always, be sure to patch a nonproduction system before applying to production

            Hi sami,
The are Bundle Patch patches storage server patches, infiniband switch patches, pdu patches, kvm patches and ethernet switch patches.
All Oracle patches come with a readme and you are allowed to patch yourself.
Most of the time the readme will point to a note in MOS in which issues with the patch can be reported by support.
Next to the Note 888828.1 provided by Andy.Colvin there is a very informative pdf which you should to read:
            http://www.oracle.com/ocom/groups/public/@otn/documents/webcontent/349259.pdf
            Regards,
