Period dimension in hyperion planning application

In the Financial Reporting Studio is required to get the reports on a particular date (Day).
Actual data are loaded into Hyperion Planning from Oracle data warehouse through the interface Oracle Data Integrator once a week on a schedule.
Do I need to make the dimension Period in Hyperion Planning application, custom (divide the financial year into 365 parts): by adding the summary time periods to get the hierarchy: Year - Quarter - Month - Day or other solutions getting "Day" in reports.

P.S. the proceess of planning carried out quarterly.

I wouldn't bring all that detail to a planning application. Think about one of the data forms that display Descendants (YearTotal) in your columns. It would be a huge data form and your planners would definitely not appreciate it.

Instead you can create a sepearate Essbase reporting application (ASO is probably the best option) in which you can have the period in detail, down to days.
