Can you ensure you are using the right version of VC. Basically the same version used to build the oraocci11.dll
Check the README/Installation docs.
Yes, my version is using the right version of VC.
My application is connected without problems to other server, but when I try connected to other server this crashed, Why?
Thanks for reply
Please note that OCCI is implemented in OCI - so a good test would be to use SQL*Plus from 184.108.40.206 Installation and connect to the problematic server - if it does work its a good chance that you are hitting a bug etc. If it does NOT work then maybe your client is to new - 220.127.116.11 and higher can connect only to RDBMS 18.104.22.168/10.2.0.2 and higher. if problematic RDBMS is 10.2.0.1 or 22.214.171.124 then upgrade DB. (makes sence since 9.2 is desupported since years and 10.2 is out of premier support starting 1-AUG-2011 and requirers extra fees for extended support)
If DB release is OK please try to use Client 126.96.36.199 - available on My Oracle Support
