Hi;

Please verify that information in [1]. Oracle Lifetime Support Policy: Oracle Hardware and Operating Systems.

Sustaining support offered is in TBD (To Be Defined).

Sergio... I'm trying to get official word on EOL and EOS for the Sun Netra T5220. And that unit somehow missed the support document you referenced. Netra servers are on pages 14 and 15, but no T5220 (or T5440 for that matter).

Any thoughts about who to poke to get the official word?

These forums are not "Oracle".
They are offered by the company so that the end-user community can have discussions on various technical topics. While some company employees will read and sometimes participate in forum threads, they do so as individuals and not as official representatives of the company or its policies or its positions on any toipic.

If you want an accurate response from the company, you will have to contact the company directly.
Contact your Oracle account manager.
Contact your Oracle sales representative.
