Prior to the implementation of AACG we gave users direct access to responsibilities. With the implementation of AACG we created roles to enable us to easily assign a set of responsibilities to certain users. This therefore gave indirect access to the responsibilities.
When we added the new roles to existing users it ended any direct responsibilities that were already included in the role. With new users they only have roles assigned to them therefore have indirect responsibilities.
The problem i have is that new users are appearing as incidents when i run conflict analysis, even though both new and existing users have the same access.
Why are existing users not coming through? AACG appears to be ignoring the existing users who have an end dated direct responsibility even though they have active indirect responsibilities.
Anyone ever came across this or suggestions on how to resolve. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Is it the first time you're running this? If not, then you would have already resolved the incident and GRCC recognizes that. Also if it is a bug get the latest patch (it was released a few weeks ago). That should help.
