Do you really need to re-register the adapter or just re-configure it?
Is the identity being cleared on the fdmFM11xG5E com+ application?
I'm, not entirely sure what I need to do, but the re-registering was my temporary fix. As far as re-configuring, do you just mean right-clicking on the adapater in the work bench? I had not tried re-configuring as of yet.

Correct, right-clicking on the adapter and choosing "configure". If you do this is the service account uid/domain displayed or is it empty?1 person found this helpful
Everything in there was empty.
if this is empty, the com+ application for the adapter has not been configured with the FDM Service Account. Something on the server is clearning the identity on the com+ application.1 person found this helpful
Thank you for your help. I had IT re-input those credentials and now it seems to be fine and when I right click and select configure configure the credentials are staying in there (for now). Just out of curiousity, any idea what could wipe those out?
