This is a process manufacturing. 1. Weaving and dyeing are process, where the raw material cannot be redeemed back. 2.You might have by-products during these process.

That must be a process manufacturing, and weaving is the activity, final product is the towel where the ingredient might be cotton,colors etc
Here how the product grades will be mapped???
Do we need to maintain separate item code for each grades of product or how it can be handled????
You need to use a seperate Nomenclature for all the Finished products, which are uniquely identified. This is possible with Oracle Inventory module.
Numeric represent year/mont/date (if reqd)
Col represents Actual color of thread/wool
xyz represents Any other attribute of the thread/wool
So you can use this kind of Item codification for better tracing and marketing.
