not able to acess some reports

our client when he is accesing for 5 days
he can able to trigger for 3 days
and not able to access remaning days
please let me know what is the problem in this condition
thanks for help friends
First thing this morning I accessed successfully but only one of the 3 reports has been triggered (only looking back one week) and now I cannot gain access.
