    SOAPException: faultCode=SOAP-ENV:IOException ?

      Hi to all,

I do not know whether this post is for here...

We have Oracle Database 10g ( on Windows Server 2003 (64bit).
We have a web service that genuinely I do not know exactly how works.
When we have peaks i.e. multiple sessions that taking more resources server loses connection to the web service and in UDUMP directory Oracle generate trace files with with this content:

      *[SOAPException: faultCode=SOAP-ENV:IOException; msg=Connection refused; targetException=java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused]*
      at oracle.soap.transport.http.OracleSOAPHTTPConnection.send(OracleSOAPHTTPConnection.java:765)
      at org.apache.soap.messaging.Message.send(Message.java:125)
      at sTRI.sTRS.f_checkconn(sTRS:414)
      at sTRI.sTRS.f_checkconn(sTRS:246)

We reboot the server and then the service is OK.
Because restarting the server is not a solution do you know what the problem may be and do you have a solution?
