Do some trick to let the installer could not find the old JRE, maybe by changing registry keys or folder names, clear environment variables... whatever way so that the installer could not find the previous versions.
OP: Do you have a 64 bits installation? One trick that does not require you to purposely damage your configuration is to install one as the 32 bits runtime and the other as the 64 bits runtime.
