Hello - I'm new to CRM On Demand and not a developer. We are currently NOT using inbound SAML authentication. We have both internal and external reps using our CRM On Demand Instance. The external reps are not in our Active Directory. Can we configure CRM On Demand to have some users with SAML authentication and some users without SAML (using internal) authentication?
There is a parameter in the Company Profile of CRM On Demand :
If "Authentication Type" parameter value = "User ID/PWD or Single Sign-On", then the user can sign in using either their User Sign In ID and password for Oracle CRM On Demand, or through your company's single sign-on method.
