how to restore backup and the other binary. dbf, help!

Friends, Good Morning!
I just installed Oracle 10G on linux RH5 Enterprise and need to restore two databases, what is the procedure? Sorry, more'm beginner in Oracle.
I can restore the Enterprise Manager? or better from the command line? Which way should I restore it? I can copy these two files in a folder without being able to import them and have come up?
a file is binary and the other is. dbf.

if youre database is in NOARCHIVELOG mode
select LOG_MODE from v$database;
